MTO orders require additional production time. Estimated production and dispatch times are specified on each product page, typically ranging from 4–12 weeks, depending on the product and production schedule.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–12 business days, depending on the destination country.

We use reliable international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or equivalent shipping partners.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Orders over $199: Free shipping.
• Orders of $199 or less: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

You won't have to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery where this service is available.

5. Delivery & Signature Service

Standard shipping does not include signature-required delivery.

If you prefer an in-person signature upon delivery, you can purchase our optional Signature Required Delivery Service separately when placing your order.
