Pre-Orders and MTO (Made To Order) Special Order Terms & Conditions
Products marked as Pre-Order or Made To Order (MTO) are considered Special Order products. Production time ranges from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on capacity and material availability.
Once your Special Order is processed, it cannot be canceled or altered.
Since Special Order items are built specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
We encourage you to purchase Special Order products only after you are familiar with your sizing in HOMK boots and shoes.
By placing a Special Order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
If the shoes don’t fit, we can arrange an exchange. However, international shipping, customs fees, and service costs may end up being higher than the value of the shoes themselves.
The most cost-effective solution is often to sell your original pair on eBay and purchase the correct size.
This way, the cost of the original pair can be recovered by the new buyer.

What if I want to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, a 10% fee will be charged (this fee covers transaction fees charged by PayPal, credit card providers, and Shopify).
Because these fees are incurred immediately after payment, please consider carefully before placing your order.

What if I want to return a purchase?
We’re happy to accept returns of our regular lineup boots and shoes purchased from www.homkboots.com within 15 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unworn and in mint condition, including all accessories and packaging.
We recommend trying footwear on over carpet to prevent sole or heel damage.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
