Coming from sneakers? We recommend sizing down half to one full size — for example, a US 9 in Nike translates to approximately US8.5 in this model.
Coming from Red Wing or similar work boots? Select your usual size — our last fits consistently with standard work boot sizing.

In-Stock Items
Orders for in-stock products are processed and dispatched within 48 hours.
Custom-Made / Made-to-Order (MTO) Items
MTO orders require additional production time. Estimated production and dispatch times are specified on each product page, typically ranging from 4–12 weeks, depending on the product and production schedule.
2. Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–12 business days, depending on the destination country.
We use reliable international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or equivalent shipping partners.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Fees
We offer worldwide shipping.
- Orders over $199: Free shipping.
- Orders of $199 or less: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

5. Delivery & Signature Service
Standard shipping does not include signature-required delivery.
